Is it really free?
Yes. There is no cost and no account. Tell us what you'd like added and we'll build it in.
Do I enter any patient information?
No. You select a drug, insurer, diagnosis and policy criteria. You don't enter names, dates of birth or identifiers, and the generated note uses placeholders you fill in yourself.
How current are the policies?
We monitor insurer policy documents and show the policy number for each result, with a link when the insurer publishes one online. The app header shows when the library was last updated. If something looks out of date, email us and we'll check it.
Does it guarantee approval?
No. It helps you assemble documentation that matches the published criteria. Coverage decisions are always made by the insurer.
